Repair at the service center
If you want to bring it yourself:
- You bring the laptop to the service center.
- You receive a replacement laptop if needed.
- An official agreement is made.
- Our specialist conducts a diagnostic of the laptop (~2 hours) and agrees with you on the repair cost.
If you agree to the repair (which usually takes 1 day in 90% of cases), the diagnostic is free. - You either pick up the laptop yourself or the courier delivers your computer.
You receive an official warranty and pay for the work. - If you refuse the repair, you take your laptop back and only pay for the diagnostic: 40₾ for software or 60₾ for hardware diagnostics.”
If you need delivery to the service center:
- The courier arrives at a time convenient for you.
- Brings a replacement laptop if necessary.
- Prepares the contract and delivers your laptop to the service center within 1 hour.
- Our specialist performs the computer diagnostic (~2 hours) and agrees with you on the repair cost.
- If you agree to the repair (which usually takes 1 day in 90% of cases), the diagnostic is free.
- The courier delivers the laptop back to you, provides the warranty, and you pay for the work.
- If you refuse the repair, you pick up your laptop and pay for the diagnostic: 40₾ for software or 60₾ for hardware.
- Return delivery from the service center is free.
