Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Refund and Cancellation Policy is an integral part of the Terms of Use and Privacy Policy of the website komp.ge. By using the website and placing orders, you confirm that you have read and agree to this Policy.

 

1. Cancellation of an Order by the Customer

 

1.1. You may cancel an order free of charge in the following cases:

  • before the order status changes to “Processing” or “Shipped”;
  • by contacting us via email info@komp.ge or by phone +995 591 06 34 49 within 1 hour of placing the order.

1.2. If the order has already been transferred to the courier or is in the “Shipped” status, cancellation is no longer possible, but you retain the right to refuse the parcel upon receipt (see clause 3).

1.3. Orders for services (repair, diagnostics, installation, etc.) can be cancelled free of charge no later than 24 hours before the scheduled start time of the service. After this period, a cancellation fee of 30 % of the service cost may be charged.

 

2. Right of Withdrawal / Return of Goods (for individuals)

 

2.1. In accordance with the Law of Georgia “On Protection of Consumer Rights”, you have the right to return goods of proper quality within 14 calendar days from the date of receipt without giving any reason (right of withdrawal).

2.2. Conditions for return of goods of proper quality:

  • the product has not been used;
  • original packaging, factory seals, labels, and all accessories are preserved;
  • the product has no traces of use (scratches, chips, software changes, etc.);
  • you have the receipt or other proof of purchase.

2.3. The following goods cannot be returned or exchanged if they are of proper quality:

  • computer programs and games on physical media after the seal is broken;
  • custom-made or custom-configured goods (e.g., assembled PCs);
  • hygiene products and personal care devices;
  • goods that were unpacked and activated (phones, tablets, smart watches, etc.) if the protective films or factory seals were removed.

2.4. Goods of improper quality (factory defect) can be returned during the entire warranty period. In this case, you may choose: repair, replacement, proportional price reduction, or full refund.

 

3. Refusal of Parcel Upon Delivery

 

3.1. You may refuse the parcel at the moment of delivery without opening it. In this case, the parcel will be returned to us, and the full amount paid (except for the delivery cost already incurred) will be refunded within 10 business days.

3.2. If you have accepted and signed for the parcel, refusal is considered a standard return (see clause 2).

 

4. Refund Procedure

 

4.1. To initiate a return or refund, contact us at info@komp.ge or +995 591 06 34 49 and provide:

  • order number;
  • reason for return (optional for proper-quality goods);
  • photos of the product and packaging (if required).

4.2. Return shipping costs:

  • for proper-quality goods – paid by the customer;
  • for defective goods or our mistake – paid by komp.ge.

4.3. Refund timeline:

  • money is refunded within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned goods;
  • refund is made using the same payment method that was used for the purchase.

4.4. If payment was made by bank card, the refund period may be extended by the bank up to 30 days.

 

5. Cancellation and Refund for Services

 

5.1. Paid services (repair, diagnostics, installation, etc.) that have already been performed are non-refundable.

5.2. If the service was not performed due to our fault, we will refund 100 % of the amount paid.

5.3. If you refuse a service that has already started (e.g., diagnostics has begun), we reserve the right to withhold the cost of work already performed.

 

6. Force Majeure

 

In case of force majeure circumstances (natural disasters, military actions, strikes, etc.), the refund and return periods may be extended. We will notify you separately in such cases.
